Postgraduate Diploma in Management (08PGDIM)

The Postgraduate Diploma in Management at HP-GSB is designed to meet the growing need for comprehensive management skills across key areas: self-management, resource management, and environmental management. This program provides a deep understanding of management practices and is aligned with Namibia University of Science and Technology’s mission to provide responsive, high-quality education that contributes to Namibia’s socio-economic development.

As a graduate of this programme, you will be equipped with advanced skills in decision making and strategic management, enabling you to contribute effectively to both national and international business challenges. The programme prepares professionals to navigate complex business environments and aligns with NUST’s Curriculum Framework and National Qualifications Framework (NQF) regulations.

Graduates of this programme will be ready to take on leadership roles in government, private industry, and NGOs.

Admission Requirements:

To apply for the Postgraduate Diploma in Management, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification at NQF Level 7, minimum 360 credits from a recognised institution.
• At least one-year work experience in the Public or Private sector or equally relevant setting at the discretion of the School.
• English proficiency (IELTS band of 7 or equivalent). Additional language competency assessments may apply.
