Prof. Grafton Whyte voted onto AABS Board

HP-GSB Director Prof. Grafton Whyte has been voted onto the board of the Association of African Business Schools (AABS) to represent HP-GSB (NUST) and Namibia. The appointment took place at the AABS Annual Conference which took place at Lagos Business School, Lagos, Nigeria, from 22-25 May 2016. The term of office is three years.  One of the initiatives Prof. Whyte will be working on is helping to define and implement a continental accreditation process for business schools in Africa that will compliment other internationally recognised accreditation programmes from the USA and Europe used as a basis for rating the quality of output from business schools globally. The Association of African Business Schools is a forum designed to advance the development of business schools across the African continent to promote economic growth and social development.
