The Short Course unit offers a wide portfolio of courses targeting industry and larger organizations. HP-GSB short courses are offered to both the public and private sectors to enhance the performance of individuals and organizations. Courses form part of the University's offerings and meet Namibia University of Science and Technology's quality assurance and certification requirements.
The pedagogy encourages adult learning principles with an emphasis on transferring relevant knowledge and practical skills applicable in participants' settings. Tailor-made courses can be developed as per the client’s request to address specific training needs and operate in various sectors.
