Master of Leadership and Change Management (MLAC) - NQF Level 9
Programme Objectives
This programme is designed to educate and develop leaders in the Public and Private sectors, State-Owned Enterprises and Non-Governmental Organisations in order to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of these organisations. This programme adds value by developing skilled, flexible, and adaptable leaders playing a pivotal role in leading organisational change.
Admission Requirements
To apply for the Master of Leadership and Change Management (MLAC), candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A four-year Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution at NQF level 8.
- Two (2) years of senior or middle managerial experience.
- Proficiency in English language should be demonstrated at the appropriate level by either the undergraduate degree that was completed in the medium of English; successful completion of an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) at minimum band 7 or through written assessments under controlled conditions
