Exhibition Booth Registration

Terms & Conditions:         

• Early bird registration is valid until 31 March 2025.
• Payment must be received in full to confirm registration.
• 50% refund only if written notice is received 21 days before the event
• 25% refund if written notice is received 14 days before the event
• Registrants that fail to attend the event are still liable for 100% of the invoice payment
• Registration is transferable with prior written notice within 14 days before the event
• The conference organizers reserve the right to amend the event details where necessary

Terms & Conditions:         

1. Registration closes on the 30 April 2025
2. Booth allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Full payment is required to secure your exhibition space.
4. Exhibitors are responsible for their booth setup and display materials.
5. 50% refund only if written notice is received 21 days before the event
6. 25% refund if written notice is received 14 days before the event
7. Booth exhibitors that fail to exhibit at the event are still liable for 100% of the invoice payment
8. The organizer reserves the right to approve or decline registrations.
9. The conference organizers reserve the right to amend the event details where necessary
